Client Waiver & Informed Consent
Welcome to Illumination Within, a Center of Love and Peace. Our sessions and gatherings are designed to nurture your well-being, deepen your self-awareness, and support your personal and spiritual growth.
These experiences are complementary. They are not a replacement for medical, psychological, or other licensed professional care. If you have any health concerns or conditions, please consult your healthcare provider before beginning or continuing these practices.
Your well-being comes first
Your participation is always voluntary. Every journey is unique, and experiences may vary. You are welcome to pause or step back at any time.
Nature of services
Our practices support relaxation, self-reflection, and personal growth. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition, and they do not replace prescribed treatments or therapies. You remain responsible for your own health decisions.
Confidentiality and respectful space
Information shared in individual sessions is kept confidential, subject to applicable legal requirements. In group settings, we ask every participant to honor one another’s privacy, though confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed.
Please tell us about any discomfort, whether physical, emotional, or otherwise, so we can pause or adjust together.
Empowerment and personal responsibility
You are always in charge of your own process. By participating, you make an informed choice, and you understand that results are not guaranteed.
Agreement
By booking or purchasing a private session, program, or product, or by joining any Illumination Within gathering, you agree to this waiver, our cancellation policy, and our community guidelines.
Cancellation and rescheduling
We honor your time and ours.
- Rescheduling: Private sessions may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session incur a $100 fee.
- No-shows: If you miss a session without notice, it will be considered attended, and you will need to book and pay for a new one.
- Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, except in critical circumstances such as serious illness.
