Holding the space together

Illumination Within is a safe and sacred space. These guidelines help us hold it together with care.

Come as you are

We welcome every person, every tradition, and every path. Our differences enrich the collective journey, and every participant is met with respect.

Honor the circle

What is shared in group gatherings stays in the circle. Please respect one another’s privacy.

No sharing without permission

Please do not share any participant’s story, name, image, or experience outside the space without their written consent. Our teachings and materials may not be shared without permission either.

Recording

Armineh records sessions and gatherings. Participants may not record, photograph, or share audio or video from any session without permission.

Speak from your own experience

We share our truth from the heart. Please speak for yourself, listen fully, and avoid giving medical advice or diagnoses to others.

Meet each other with compassion

Each person’s healing unfolds in its own rhythm. Please avoid comparison, judgment, and pressure, and allow others the same patience you ask for yourself.

Care for yourself first

You are always free to pause, step back, or leave a moment at any time. Please take care of your own body, feelings, and needs.

Be present

Please give the space your attention. Silence your phone, and join with an open heart.

Honor the Earth and one another

We walk in sacred reciprocity with nature and with each other. Please treat all participants and our shared spaces with kindness.

Keep our space welcoming

Harassment, disruption, or disrespect of any kind is not part of this community. We may ask a participant to step away from a gathering if needed.

If something feels unsafe or unkind, please reach out to us at armineh@illuminationwithin.net. Every concern is received with care and confidentiality.
