Formerly Dance Your Limitless Self
Embodied Motion
A dynamic, transformative practice that brings you home to the present moment, one simple movement at a time.

What it is
Embodied Motion is a movement practice I created. It is born from energy work, modern dance, Qigong, Tai Chi Chuan, and yoga, and these traditions meet in a single rhythm that opens, deepens, and grounds the body.
Each session begins with an opening, then moves through prompts drawn from the body itself and from everyday life: how we reach for a cup, how we step into a room, the many ways we move through the world without noticing. Through these gestures, awareness returns to the body, and the body learns to stay present.
The grounding tools of Embodied Frequency Alchemy are woven throughout, so the movement and the tools support one another.

What people report
- Feeling lighter and more at ease in the body
- Moving more freely
- Less stress and anxiety
- A deeper sense of presence in daily life
- Renewed creativity and joy
- A sense of the body cleansing and renewing itself, and support for immunity
How a session feels
Sessions run from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on what we are working on and who is in the circle. Within one session, some sections move with music and others move in silence. We sometimes combine the practice with breathwork.

Where it lives
Embodied Motion is part of our programs. It is woven into integration sessions and healing sessions, and it can be used in private sessions when it’s needed.
Right now you’ll find it inside The Safety Reset.
