My work lives where breath, the nervous system, and the energy body meet. I hold space for women who have walked a long path of healing and are ready for it to finally land, in the body, where it belongs.
Questions
How much time will I need each day?
About eleven minutes for the daily audio, plus a few minutes with the workbook if you wish. The three live sessions are 45 minutes each.
What if I can’t make a live session?
Every live gateway is recorded, and the replay is posted in the WhatsApp circle, together with your daily audios and workbook. You can receive it whenever you are ready.
Do I need experience with meditation or breathwork?
No. Every practice is gentle and guided. If you can sit or lie down and breathe, you can walk this path.
How do I join after I pay?
Right after checkout, you will arrive on a welcome page with your link to the private WhatsApp circle, the live session dates, and everything you need to begin. A welcome email follows with the same details.
Is there an offer at the end?
Yes. On the closing day, I will share an invitation into The Safety Reset, my six-month group program. It is entirely your choice, and the challenge is complete without it.
