We begin with 30 minutes of dynamic meditation and breathwork to prepare your system, followed by a 10–15 minute energetic clearing.
From there, we enter the Activation Portal, where I will tune into the group field and work with each of you individually. This portion may take up to an hour, depending on how quickly the group connects.

Do I need to know anything beforehand?
Try to have a quieter day leading up to the session. If that’s not possible, simply set the intention to be more present than usual. Your awareness is enough.
What if I can’t attend live?
There will be a replay sent to all who register.
However, I highly recommend attending live — especially if you’ve never worked with me before.
Is this for beginners or advanced?
This session is designed for those at an intermediate to advanced level of inner work or energy awareness.
What do I need to bring or prepare?
Choose a space where you won’t be interrupted. You’ll need space to move and also to lie down. Prepare a yoga mat, water, blanket, pillow — anything that helps you feel grounded and supported.
