A group session is similar to a one on one session but for 3 to 5 people. It begins with a grounding meditation followed by a 10-minute mini session for each of the participants where everyone can benefit from individual and collective healing. Feel free to join with friends or family, or I can organize a group of non-connected people. I offer this twice a month.
