Evening TransMeds (Transformational Meditation) 8:00 PM PT|10:00 PM CT|11:00 PM ET

Introductory Session, JUNE 18TH : Talk + Bringing awareness on your relationship with Money

Day 1 to 5, JUNE 19-23 : Evening TransMed (Transformational Meditation) | 45 minutes to 1 hour

Day 6 , JUNE 24TH : Morning TransMed 8:00 AM PT , Money and Wealth | 30 minute

Day 6 & 7, JUNE 24 -25 : Evening Nurturing TransMed | 30 minute 

Day 8 & 9, JUNE 26-27 : Observation & Journaling of any kind( writing, recording voice, taking video)You will be on your own. There is no TransMed.

Day 10, JUNE 28: Enhancement Session including TransMed, q&a, sharing 

In TransMeds we are working on Clearing, Upgrading, Stabilizing and Nurturing. You will have it all!

REPLAYS are included at no extra cost.

Physical activity and Suggested Diet:

Walk, Hike, Jog, Run, Yoga, Pilates or any activity 20-30 mins daily. (Highly Important)

Suggested Diet:

No refined sugar (Unrefined honey and 100% pure maple syrup are suggested sugar)

No processed food

No soy 

Less dairy (very limited)

Organic and Non-Gmo foods (if it’s available)

Grass fed and pasture raised meat or eggs (If it’s available)

Drink water lemon in the morning ( half a lemon in 16-30 ounces water)

Intermittent fast 12-16 hours

Teas: Hibiscus, Sage, Tulsi, Camomile, Lavender, White tea

Flower essences: Dandelion flower, lemon flower, Habanero flower, Deerbrush flower
