I wanted to share a lot about our limitless self and the brilliance within us but then this photo by itself has a lot more than me to say. This is our amazing cell that we work on it twice a week. You have the power to change everything, even the shape of your body by changing your frequency therefore your cells will change. What we do here is a real work, it’s not just a meditation to go out of your body and experience amazing stuff. Who do you want to be for yourself?

At the end of the day, we are the one who is going to deal with ourselves. This is not loneliness, this is solitude. Our journey is almost a solo one. We all need to Pause to Reset to rise up in higher frequency. I am resetting and going through a huge and intense detox to let go of more layers. February is the month of death. You should peel off your identities and let them die to rise up in your pure self ✨ See you in March.

Happy Solstice! This is an important transition. It’s the first time after 800 years. A great awakening is happening. We choose to be here to be part if it! We need to accept and be comfortable with darkness to receive the light and accelerate our spiritual journey! Tonight do the neutral separation from your day and meditate even for just 15 mins ✨make yourself ready to receive more light! Let’s illuminate from within! 


Breath
