REPLAY is Included
It is for you to practice during the week. You can practice 1 or 2 parts or the whole. I highly recommend to combine the meditation part with others. For example number 1 & 2 or number 1 & 3 and so on. You can break down the practice during the week and design it base on your need and your time!
What you need: (opetional items are related to your floor and your flexibility)
- You in comfortable clothes
- Small place to move around
- Tenis ball or any small ball like that
- Chair or stool ( or you can use your bed, sofa or armchair)
- Yoga Mat (optional)
- Yoga strap (optional)
- Yoga block (optional)
